The aim of the project is to preserve and restore the Damascus old national hospital within the premises of Damascus University, and the additional of a new steel structure building (area: 350 m²) located in the courtyard of the old building. The new structure will be used as a multi purpose hall for main events. The building consists of two stories with an approximate floor area of 3500 m². In addition to the building there is an entrance area of 1400 m² consists of landscaping, irrigation, fountains, lighting fixtures, etc.

Mashta El Helou Hotel & Resort 1991-93
|
A 4-star hotel, complete with 3 restaurants, bar, recreation building and pool, surrounded by 11 villas comprised of 62 apartments totalling 7500 square meters of covered area. Located in the beautiful village of Mashta El Helou.

Arch
& Dome of the Unknown Soldier 1989-91

A commemorative monument, located on the Kassioun mountain overlooking the city of Damascus.
Client: Directorate of Military Works of the Republic of Syria.
P&LY Works: Both Arch and Dome were executed in fare faced concrete, the arch being 37 meters high and the dome having a diameter of 20 meters.

Summerland
Hotel 1989-90

Damascus
University Teaching Hospital
|
Adjoining the Damascus Medical University in Mezzeh, this 640 bed hospital has its own industrial buildings section with accompanying professors` units building, a treatment building, residential buildings consisting of 300 rooms and industrial buildings. The total covered area of this project is 70000 square meters. The hospital basement is equipped with an atomic shelter and an Emergency Treatment area. Client: Ministry of High Education of the Republic of Syria.
Main Contractor: Deutche Babcock Bau GmbH.
